• Salary expectations

Custom Questions – You can always add your own with the following types:

• Yes/No

❌ Reject Rules

Auto-Reject Setup – Link a specific answer to automatic rejection. Example: If a candidate selects “No” to work eligibility, they are automatically marked as Auto-rejected.

What Auto-Reject Does:

• Candidate skips the Mokka assessment.

• Recruiters can see the candidate’s CV and rejection reason.

• Status is set to Auto-rejected and synced back to ATS.

Important – Failing minimum requirements does not auto-reject candidates. They remain in the pipeline but with lower scores.

⚙️ Best Practices

Keep auto-reject rules simple (e.g., dealbreakers like eligibility, location, contract type).

Avoid using auto-reject for nuanced skills or experience — let scoring handle these.

Always double-check your rejection mapping so ATS reflects the same reasons.

Limit the number of application questions to reduce drop-offs.
