Learn how to withdraw from the application process

If you’ve changed your mind or decided not to move forward with the role, you can easily opt out of the application process. You won’t receive further reminders or messages.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. 🔗 Open the original email you received from Mokka

  2. 🖱 Click the application link — this will open your personal Mokka page

  3. You may need to complete the application questions next.

  4. 👋 On the welcome screen, choose “Not Interested”

  5. ✅ Confirm your choice when prompted
