What to do if you’re unable to return to your Mokka application

You can return to your application using the same personal link you received by email — as long as the deadline hasn’t passed.

If it’s not working:

• 🔗 Make sure you’re clicking the exact link from your original email

• ⌛ Check if the application window has expired

• 📩 If you verified your email (job board applicants), that link remains active until the deadline

If the link doesn’t work and the deadline has not passed, contact support for help.
