Once an interview is finished, it can't be redone. If you try to open the link again you'll see that the interview has already been completed, and it won't reopen.
That's deliberate — it's one conversation, the same for everyone, so nobody gets a second run at the same questions.
If something went wrong during it
Your microphone or camera failed, or you got disconnected partway. Try the interview link again straight away. If the interview hadn't finished, you may be able to carry on. If it had already been marked complete, the link won't reopen.
You couldn't finish, or left early. Contact the recruiter who invited you and tell them what happened. They can see that the interview didn't complete, and they're the only ones who can decide whether to send you a fresh invitation. Support can't reset it for you — the decision belongs to the company you applied to.
What the recruiter sees
They see whether the interview completed, not a transcript of your technical problems. So if your audio failed, say so — otherwise an interview that ended early just looks like an interview that ended early.
Before you start, to avoid needing this page
- Use a wired connection or strong Wi-Fi
- Test your microphone and camera in your browser first
- Use headphones, so the interviewer doesn't hear itself through your speakers
- Find somewhere quiet and close other apps that use your microphone
- Give yourself a clear block of time — you can pause briefly, but it's one sitting
